MAGNUMTUNING FACTORY EVO-Tech Semi & Heavy Duty Truck Performance Chip featuring remote control is a fully adjustable vehicle specific truck performance chip also referred to as fuel controller designed to fuel injected gas/diesel trucks. It tricks signals being read by the ECU, resulting an adjustment to the fuel curve, which is what causes the increase in HP, as well as improves acceleration and throttle response throughout the RPM range, simply wires inline with factory IAT (Intake Air Temperature) also referred to as MAF (Mass Air Flow) or MAP sensor and plugs into the exhaust oxygen (O2) or exhaust gas temperature (EGT) or exhaust gas oxygen (EGO) sensor harness whichever is applicable. Optimal hauling torque, HP-boost, fully responsive engine & high fuel efficiency. Gain +20-100 additional HP (+15%) and drive an aggressive engine. Combine the explosive performance with awesome fuel efficiency. This semi- & heavy duty truck performance chip will not affect engine's or turbo's reliability or durability. EVO-Tech performance chip tricks the ECU thinking the intake air much more cooler, then the ECU will send more fuel for a richer mix besides it controls the O2/EGO/EGT sensor(s) blocks restrictions applied by the ECU. Though performance chips are not especially for economy improvement & basically supposed to gain more HP, the module does improve MPG. When modifying air fuel ratio, slightly at the expense of emission & noise level, efficiency of combustion is improved & you SAVE FUEL. Typical economy improvement is 6%. Or even more. Even people who are not technical minded will find, kit is not difficult to install, just needs 60 minutes.
